Play With Animals

The animals are taking over the world it seems.  That's right.  There are two stories of absurd animals that I wanted to share with you.

The first is probably not too surprising.  It takes place in the southern part of Africa.  Evidently the other day, our great American football players deemed it appropriate to get ready, to prepare, yea - to practice, for their duel with the English barbarians.  Well, they got sidetracked.  Or, stopped in their tracks.  On their way to practice, they came upon an elephant in the road and could not pass.  This was the second time this world cup that an elephant stopped our great American soccer players.  I bet the elephant was English.  Or Solvenian or Algerian.  Story here.

The second animal story involves a slightly less boring activity than soccer - jaguar hunting (okay, jaguar photo hunting, but close enough).  Not the car, silly goose, this is about animals.  Researchers in the Guatemalan jungles are attempting to attract jaguars with Calvin Klein's Obsession (for men) cologne.  This is an obsession that could kill you.  Let's hope that the cologne doesn't taste good.  Story here.
